Craig HeginsCraig Hegins - Bass & Percussion
August 2003 - February 2006

Craig joined Uncle Seth following the demise of former band The J-Rex Experience. At first he laid the groove down playing bass guitar, but soon settled back into his true home behind the drum kit. Craig brought his extensive performance experience to the band, having been part of the rhythm sections in various rock, blues, funk, and jazz bands.

Jeff HalischukJeff Halischuk - Drums
August 2003 - April 2004

Jeff Halischuk met the members of Uncle Seth at a Toronto gig with the band Greedy Tree. Jeff is a talented jazz drummer, and after leaving Uncle Seth continued his studies in music at Humber College along with band band gigs and teaching.

Mark KitchenMark Kitchen - Drums
December 1999 - August 2003

Original Uncle Seth drummer Mark Kitchen anchored the band through the Little Steps EP and Lame Suburban Poetry CD, as well as dozens of live shows. In addition to being an outstanding drummer, Mark's songwriting chops are demonstrated on such Seth standards as "Destination" & "Release Yourself".

Drew MoncarzDrew Moncarz - Bass
December 2001 - August 2002

Drew Moncarz joined the Uncle Seth fold just before the recording of the Lame Suburban Poetry CD. His rock-solid playing is immortalized on "Destination", "Skylight" and all the tracks on the album. Drew left the band concentrate on his studies in facial pain (honest!) He can be reached via email at andrew_moncarz@hotmail.com.

Ian TorresIan Torres - Bass
December 2000 - December 2001

This funky fellow brought great chops and energy to Uncle Seth. As a member of the great indie band Squirm, Ian Torres co-wrote such Seth live staples as "They Don't See You" and "World Upon My Shoulders". Ian left the band to concenrate on his professional and family life, but we hope to see and hear him on-stage again in the future.

Jenn KeeJenn Kee - Lead Vocals
December 1999 - August 2001

Jenn Kee was the band's original singer. She brought a combination of a highly trained voice and willingness to experiment with melodic ideas to the band, as heard on such songs as "Naked Ghost of Ernest Hemingway". Jenn is now a member of the London Ontario band The Hoolie Snatch.

Will StokesWill Stokes - Bass/Vocals
December 1999 - December 2000

A founding member of Uncle Seth, this multi-talented musician played bass and added his distinctive voice to the "Little Steps EP" recordings of "Gentle Shove Of Fate" and the title track. You can visit his personal site at http://www.willstokes.com.

Matt OsborneMatt Osborne - bass sub, guest guitar and vocals

Matt Osborne was a friend, collaborator and true inspiration to Uncle Seth. He played with the band on many occations, starting at the very first Uncle Seth show ever at the Blue Haze. He guested with the band many times in many different capacities, and was always extraordinarily generous with his time and his talent. Matt passed away in his sleep on April 23, 2003 at the too-young age of 31. We miss him deeply.

Attila BaraczkaAttila Baraczka - bass sub

Attila Baraczka has been a frequent sub on bass guitar for Uncle Seth. Attila has graced many bands with his bass chops, including The Soul Foundation, Hearsay. Attila also played with the late, great Matt Osborne's band Progressive Metal Thinktank.

Brian MoncarzBrian Moncarz - producer, guest guitar

Brian Moncarz served as engineer, producer, sounding board and baby-sitter for the recording sessions for Lame Suburban Poetry. He also added a stellar guitar solo to "Destination" which he has been known from time-to-time to reprise on-stage with the band.

Michael MurtanovskiMichael Murtanovski - art direction and cover painting

Michael Murtanovski designed the layouts for the Little Steps EP and Lame Suburban Poetry CD as well as a number of band posters and other art. Michael is also an outstanding painter, and his work can be viewed online at http://www.kebapi.com/art/

Chris MacBrideChris MacBride - live sound

A long-time friend of the band, Chris MacBride can often be seen behind the soundboard making things sound super-sweeet.

Baron Evans - drum sub

Baron Evans first played with Jeff Jones and Jay Moonah in the early 90s in their band Campfire Conspiracy. More recently, Baron has held down the groove in alternative acts Squirm and Zoolab as well guesting with Uncle Seth on a number of occasions.

Geoff SmithGeoff Smith - bass sub, guest guitar and vocals

Geoff Smith is bassist and singer of the Ottawa band Dr. Huxtable. Huxtable and Uncle Seth have toured together and sat in on each others sets. Geoff also pulled a rabbit out of a hat by learning a Seth set in about 20 minutes and sitting in on bass that night.

Sharon WilliamsonSharon Williamson - guest vocals and percussion

Sharon Williamson is the singer of the Ottawa band Dr. Huxtable. Huxtable and Uncle Seth have toured together and sat in on each others sets. Sharon's lovely voice proved to be an amazing complement to Amaya's on a combined band cover of Stevie Wonder's "Superstition".

Geoff SmithMike Bouchard - guest guitar

Mike Bouchard is the guitarist of the Ottawa band Dr. Huxtable. Huxtable and Uncle Seth have toured together and sat in on each others sets. In addition to his stellar guitar chops, Mike is the sys admin of the great site jambands.ca.

Jon Kay - guest saxophone

Jon Kay was a member of the short-lived horn section know as the "Sethorns". He also lent some soulful licks to the Lame Suburban Poetry version of "Cross" and has sat in with the band at various shows.
